Privacy, Terms & Returns

This policy governs your use of the “Sanad Dental — Medical House” store (dental supplies). By using the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to what is written here.

1) Data we collect

• Account data: name, mobile number, email and password (stored encrypted by Firebase; we cannot see it). If you sign in with Google we only receive your name and email.
• Delivery data: the address, name and mobile number you enter when ordering or in “Profile”.
• Order data: items, quantities, total, requested date and any note you write.
• Account photo: optional; if you upload one it is stored in your account.
• On your device: we keep your cart, favourites and chosen language in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers your choices. There are no advertising trackers on the site.

2) How we use your data

• To fulfil, deliver and confirm your order with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
• To show your order status under “My orders” and let you re-order easily.
• To answer your questions and handle after-sales requests (exchanges).
• We do not sell your data and only share it when necessary to fulfil an order (e.g. a courier) or when required by law.

3) Where data is stored and who can see it

Account and order data is stored on Google Firebase services (Authentication and Firestore). Each customer can see only their own data and orders; only the store owner can view orders and customers from the admin panel. When you send an order on WhatsApp, the message passes through WhatsApp and is subject to its policy.

4) Your rights

• You can edit your name, mobile and address at any time under “Account → Profile”.
• You can ask us to delete your account and data, or send you a copy, by messaging us on WhatsApp (). We keep records of completed orders only as long as needed to serve you and for business records.

5) Order terms and prices

• Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are updated as the market changes. The price shown when you order is the one we confirm with you; offers show the old price crossed out next to the new one and some are time-limited.
• Your order is saved in your account and confirmed with you on WhatsApp. There is no online payment on the site.
• Items marked “Out of stock” cannot be added to the cart. If an item in your order becomes unavailable we will let you know before proceeding.

6) Shipping and payment

• We ship to all governorates in Egypt; delivery takes 2 to 5 business days depending on the governorate.
• Free delivery to Galala University and anywhere within Suez Governorate. For other governorates the shipping fee depends on the governorate and we tell you the amount on WhatsApp before confirming.
• Cash on delivery, or a transfer (Vodafone Cash / InstaPay) after the order is confirmed on WhatsApp.

7) Exchanges and returns

• Exchange is available within 3 days of receiving the product if it is intact in its original packaging.
• For manufacturing defects we exchange the product at our expense.
• Sterile or opened products cannot be exchanged.
• To request an exchange, message us on WhatsApp () with your order number and a photo of the product.
